Inaugural meeting review
I would like to offer a big thank you to all those who attended the inaugural meeting last night.
It was good to see so many familiar faces and equally encouraging to see new faces attending.

It was outlined at the meeting that the Purpose of the club is as follows.
1) To encourage new members to participate in the hobby
2) To help people get the full potential from their Radio Station.
3) To spread interest in our hobby and help non amateurs understand why we do what we do

Thanks to Ray M0FAK who was the clubs first contact.
The first meeting saw over 20 people attend and managed to attract three Amateurs that have been inactive for many years and are returning to the hobby.

The next meeting will be held at 19:30 on May 17th 2012 and the Agenda will be
Committee ,Training and Program for the next 6 Months, Contests and Events.
